<p class="rtejustify">The National Commission for Women the Commission has taken su0-motu cognizance of the media report which appeared in Times of India news paper on 28th April, 2013, titled “Karnataka student gang-raped, killed, ‘Maratha’ etched on body” wherein reportedly a 20year old college student was gang raped and murdered at Sulebhavi village, Belgaum and her half- naked body was found in a farm on the outskirts of the village</p>
